Melissa joined Iacofano’s just two months ago, and she’s already making a remarkable impact. She describes it simply:

Melissa thrives on the early hours, regularly volunteering to start before 4:00 a.m. to ensure flawless catering deliveries. Her commitment to punctuality and precision is unmatched, helping us serve private aviation clients and corporate customers with excellence.
Exploring Cleveland’s Skies and Roads
One of Melissa’s favorite aspects of the job is visiting FBOs (Fixed-Base Operators) and private aviation terminals throughout Northeast Ohio. She was surprised by how many small airports surround the Cleveland area and genuinely enjoys the variety of routes and customer interactions.
A Life of Adventure, On and Off the Clock
When she’s not delivering gourmet meals across the region, Melissa can be found in the great outdoors. She’s an avid hiker and angler, sharing every adventure with her 4-year-old granddaughter, whom she is proudly raising.
A lover of comfort food, Melissa’s favorite dish—both to cook and eat—is Chicken Paprikash, a nod to her Hungarian roots and a classic midwestern staple.
A Multifaceted Life and Unique Perspective
Melissa brings decades of experience and a nurturing spirit to Iacofano’s. Before joining our team, she worked as a registered nurse for 30 years, and her compassion and calm professionalism shine through in everything she does.
Oh, and did we mention? She also owns an African Gray parrot who talks—adding yet another fascinating layer to her vibrant personality.
