Customized Corporate Luncheon at Griffith Commercial Park | Charlotte, NC

This week, the Iacofano’s Catering team had the opportunity to serve a customized buffet-style lunch for 100 employees at a fast-growing company located in Griffith Commercial Park, one of Charlotte’s most dynamic business hubs.

The request came from Lisa M., the company’s Office Manager, who was planning a large team appreciation lunch and wanted something beyond the basics. She needed hot, high-quality food delivered and set up on-site—and she also needed a caterer who could handle special dietary accommodations with care and accuracy.

Going Beyond the Menu

At Iacofano’s, we’re proud to offer flexibility and creativity. In this case, we stepped outside our regular menu to design a tailored spread that met both the team’s preferences and dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or presentation.

• Baked mac & cheese (a classic for comfort)

• Seasonal fruit platter and assorted dessert bites
• Sweet tea, lemonade, and citrus-infused water

In addition to the buffet, we prepared individually boxed lunches for employees with dietary restrictions. These included gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals, each clearly labeled and packaged separately to ensure both safety and confidence in what was being served.
