Damaris has been part of Iacofano’s for just a few weeks, but she’s already made a lasting impression with her reliability and enthusiasm.
“I like driving, and the job was available. The company respects the hours I need and works with my needs,” she shared.

When asked about her favorite part of a busy day in catering, Damaris didn’t hesitate:

Although she’s still new to the company, Damaris already feels right at home.
“It’s too soon to have a favorite memory, but the staff is very welcoming.”

For Damaris, success means staying organized, detailed, and focused:
“Going over the tickets to make sure it’s all there.”
She also credits the Power App as one of the tools that keeps operations efficient:
“It helps with delivery completion and tracking.”

When she’s not on the road delivering excellence, Damaris loves all kinds of food and enjoys spending her free time with her daughter.
“I’m very involved with my daughter’s activities — soccer, Scouts, and ballet.”
Her favorite local spot? Camp North End in Charlotte — a community hub full of art, culture, and incredible food.
Looking Ahead
Damaris has both personal and professional goals for the year ahead.
“Buying several vehicles and signing them up on the Turo app.”
At Iacofano’s, she’s excited for the continued growth of the company’s 24/7 catering operations and the opportunities that come with it.
“More catering events and trips that come with it.”
