This month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on one of our Cleveland team members, Natalie Drown, Cook 2.
Natalie’s Journey with Iacofano’s
Natalie joined the Cleveland facility on July 14, 2025. In her short time with us, she’s already made an impression with her creativity in the kitchen and her love for trying new things.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at Iacofano’s, Natalie shared:
“I love the freedom of making recipes and how every day there is something new.”
That passion for innovation is exactly what makes Natalie such a valued part of the Iacofano’s team.
Favorite Dishes
Natalie’s favorite in-house dishes are Beef Stir Fry and Pineapple Chicken — flavorful, fresh, and always crowd-pleasing.
She also shared a family favorite recipe that has inspired her passion for cooking:
Grandpa’s Chicken Cutlets
- Chicken breast, pounded thin
- Egg wash with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Coating of Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan, panko, and seasoning
- Fry in olive oil until golden, finishing in the oven if needed
This Sunday tradition at her grandfather’s house was the dish that first sparked her love for cooking.
Outside the Kitchen
When she’s not creating in the kitchen, Natalie enjoys baking, painting, and skiing. These creative outlets mirror her passion at work — blending artistry, precision, and dedication.
Looking Ahead
Natalie is eager to grow within Iacofano’s, sharing:
“I hope to improve my skills and get better. I want to be able to take on more responsibilities.”
