This month, we’re proud to spotlight Rob Hopps, one of our dedicated drivers at the Cleveland facility.
Rob’s Journey with Iacofano’s
Rob joined Iacofano’s Catering in July 2025, and from day one, his passion for driving and commitment to teamwork have made him a valuable part of the Cleveland operation.
When asked what he enjoys most about being part of the Iacofano’s family, Rob shared:
“I love driving, and I like being part of this team.”
That enthusiasm is felt by both colleagues and clients, whether Rob is ensuring corporate catering arrives on time in Columbia, assisting with in-flight catering orders out of Cleveland, or helping coordinate deliveries for weddings and private events in Charleston and Charlotte.
A Taste for Great Food
Every member of our team has a favorite dish, and Rob’s is a classic: Chicken & Marinara. Simple, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser, it’s a meal that reflects the heart of Iacofano’s – quality ingredients prepared with care.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not ensuring timely and professional catering deliveries, Rob enjoys the outdoors. You’ll often find him fishing or spending time walking his dogs.
Colleagues describe him as someone you can always count on, which Rob sums up perfectly himself:

Looking Ahead
Rob isn’t stopping with his current skills—he’s focused on growth. By the end of the year, he hopes to learn more about data entry, expanding his abilities and supporting our team in even more ways.
