Q. How much is a delivery fee?

A. Minimum delivery fee starts at $12.50 and is based on zip code and proximity to our catering kitchens. For a delivery fee quote please email order@iacofanos.com or call 855-485-3663

 

Q. Can I pick my order up?

A.  Yes! For kitchen addresses check out our Location Page for more information. When submitting your order be sure to let us know that you would like to pick it up. Earliest daily pick-up time is 7am.

 

Q. Where can I find a copy of the current Monthly Specials?

A.  Our Monthly Special page is available to view HERE. For additional questions regarding the monthly specials please contact order@iacofanos.com.

 

Q. What if I want something that isn’t on the menu?

A.  Our menu includes our favorite and most frequently ordered items. If you have something in particular that you want for your event feel free to contact info@iacofanos.com us and we’ll try our best to fulfill the request.

 

Q. Can Iacofano’s help me with party rental equipment?

A.  From tables and chairs, to sound and lighting, to finding the perfect DJ. Iacofano’s can help take the stress off of you by assisting with your overall event and entertainment needs. Contact info@iacofanos.com Us for more information.

 

Q. Do you offer a full bar service?

A.  Yes! We have beverage packages including beer, wine, signature cocktails, mixed drinks, and a variety of liquor. Check out our Bar Package Menu and let us know if you have any questions.

 

Q. Where are you located?

A.  We have two locations, one in Columbia and one in Mt. Pleasant. Check out the Location Page{Contact Us–Locations} for more information.

 

Q. How can I find out if you deliver in my area?

A.  Send us an email or give us a call at 855-485-3663 and one of our Catering Specialist will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to include the delivery zip code in your inquiry.

 

Q. Do you deliver anywhere outside of South Carolina?

A.  It all depends on the location. Give us a call at 855-485-3663 and we’ll accommodate you if we can.

 

Q. What if I have guests that have special dietary needs?

A.  Not a problem for us. We’re more than happy to prepare foods according to dietary and allergy needs, including: whey, gluten, dairy, eggs & peanuts.

 

Q. Can I book the Iacofano restaurant for private parties?

A.  Our restaurant facility located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina is available to reserve for private parties up to 65 people. Please email or call us for more information.

 

Q. What does the “/L” and “/D” mean in the catering menu?

A.  The “L” stands for lunch and the “D” stands for dinner. The price increases for dinner because the portions are larger.

 

Q. How much should I tip my delivery driver?

A.  We appreciate the thought and we were pleased to serve you but it is not necessary to tip your catering delivery driver. We would rather you put that money towards your next Iacofano’s order!

 

Q. What if there is an issue with my food or delivery?

A.  Call us immediately at 855-485-3663 and we will do our best to correct any issue.

 

Q. I sent in my order online but haven’t had a response yet?

A.  If you emailed your order, make sure you sent it to the correct email address- ORDER@IACOFANOS.com. There is no “s” at the end of order. If it’s been more than 36 hours since you submitted your order and you haven’t heard anything from us–give us a call at 855-485-3663

 

Q. Why didn’t my delivery driver give me a receipt or invoice for my order?

A.  We’re trying to save the planet one receipt at a time. Itemized receipts and credit card receipts are emailed to you and backed up digitally so you can request them at any time. Hard copies are available by request only.

 

Q. Can I submit a same-day order?

A.  Definitely! We ask for a minimum of 2 hours for a lunch delivery. Keep in mind that by waiting till the last minute we might not be able to make exactly what you had in mind to order due to kitchen prep. We’ll try and get you exactly what you want, but if not, you will be provided with our Chef’s Choice depending on a hot or cold meal and specific dietary needs.
