Refund & Cancelation Policy

Refund Policy- Catering/Local Delivery.

Refund/Credit requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances*. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.

We cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.

*   If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. Staff will return to your location to pick up the meal. Also, we will only prepare a second food order in all situations, and we will not prepare a third order replacement.

We scheduled our drivers with a bit of room to spare, unfortunately unforeseen events may occur to prevent us from reaching you on time. Late orders upon request will be credited delivery fee only.

Cancelation Policy – Catering/Local Delivery

We cater last minute requests to meticulously planned menus. We do appreciate a 24-hour notice which will help ensure our ability to serve all our customers. Catering may be cancelled by 3:30pm the business day prior to the event at no charge, day of will be charged 75% of the entire event including delivery. Same day orders are considered asap and cannot be canceled once placed.

Cancelation Policy- Inflight

Eight Hour Notice – This pertains to all cold food items, liquor and other goods that are In-stock items.  If an item is a stock item and not one that has been specially ordered or prepared, you are allowed an eight-hour period before your delivery to cancel without being charged.  Any time within eight hours of your delivery you will be charged for all items ordered.

Twelve Hour Notice – Since any request that involves cooking also involves preparation, the cancellation time is a twelve-hour period.  This allows us not only the time required cooking and preparing, but also an acceptable time period to adequately chill the product to insure proper food handling procedures are followed. 

ASAP or Rush Orders – Any order placed with less than six- hour notice will automatically be classified as an ASAP cannot be cancelled. Since an ASAP order is one that requires our entire staff to stop whatever else they may be doing and get this type of order out as fast as possible, the charge for any items ordered would be billed.  When placing this form of request, it is imperative to state how much time we are being given to deliver. 

Large Cabin/Pro Sports – Large cabin and Professional Sports orders require extra planning, preparation, and staffing. A credit card is required to begin preparation of any order. Due to these special needs, orders canceled in under 48 hours will be charged the fees of any items purchased for the order. Catering canceled less than 24 hours will be changed in full.

Special Orders – A Special order would be an item that must either be shopped or ordered from a vendor specifically for your order.  Since this would entail us either sending an employee out to purchase this item or arranging for a vendor to make a special delivery of this item; we require a twelve-hour cancellation period.   Any cancellation after this period would require us to bill you for the item in full.

Recipes – While we welcome any recipes that a client may wish for us to make, we must also shop and spend a considerable amount of time making these items that are new for our kitchen staff.  Because of this we require a twelve-hour cancellation on any recipe requests.

Due to the flight schedules of aircraft crews requests for refunds and or credits must be made within 48 hours of delivery time. After this time any refund or credit offer will be at the sole discretion of the Company Director/Officer.

It has always been and always will be our policy to facilitate the needs and request of our clients, however with the increase in order requests we believe these policies are both fair and beneficial to all our customers.
