🍹 Peach Basil Smash – Signature Summer Drink

Serves: 1 guest (easily scaled for batch service)
✅ Ingredients:
- ½ ripe South Carolina peach, sliced
- 3–4 fresh basil leaves
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey & warm water)
- 2 oz sparkling water or soda
- Optional Add-On: 1.5 oz vodka, bourbon, or peach schnapps
🎯 Garnish:
- Peach slice
- Basil sprig
- Crushed ice for extra Southern charm
🥂 Instructions:
- Muddle peach slices, basil, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and your choice of spirit (optional).
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass or clear compostable cup.
