Matt brings heart, hustle, and a quiet confidence to everything he does. Whether he’s leading a shift, mentoring a teammate, or crafting the perfect tray, Matt shows up every day with a commitment to excellence. Originally from the Midwest, Matt’s go-to comfort foods reflect his roots: hearty meat and potatoes — though he’s recently developed a serious love for pupusas!
When he’s not in the kitchen or coordinating logistics, you’ll likely find Matt working on a home project, out on the golf course, or fishing — enjoying the hands-on hobbies that keep him grounded.
When asked why he loves Iacofano’s, Matt put it best:
“It’s hard to put into one sentence. I’ve had opportunities I never imagined — from travel to helping a team succeed. It’s shown me what I’m capable of in helping a business grow and stabilize. I love the food side of it. Making trays, cooking for customers — it’s deeply satisfying. We all eat every day, so being part of someone’s good experience with great food is priceless.”
